Beginners Course (Meditation and Buddhist Wisdom Course)
This course is also of 7 days duration and will give you exactly the same standard of Basic Dhammakaya meditation which you could learn and benefit from meditation focused course.

Apart from learning meditation, this Meditation and Buddhist wisdom course offers the extra joy of learning basic Buddhist wisdom, culture and practice. It is aimed at those who would like to learn and understand more about the true purpose of life, how to ensure that your life are lived in the most positive and fruitful as possible. You will have a chance to experience various ancient wisdom and timeless truth and how to apply them to your everyday life.
In sharing about Buddhist culture, we will learn about the customs and traditions and subtle wisdom behind such as how to pay respects to the monks, how to forgive and let go and practise chanting together.
